Stockton’s California Tortilla’s were the BEST. Just home from a wine tasting/appetizer party in the neighborhood and my contribution was the wild mushroom nachos. WOW!!! They were so good and a crowd pleaser too. So impressive and not that time consuming to make. I assembled everything once I arrived…delicious! I can’t wait until our next class.

I am working on a filler article for a magazine. Your comments in the first class about using good olive oil gave me the idea for the topic. I have recently tossed my cheap olive oil and gone for the better quality oils. I have noticed a difference. Would you mind me quoting you in my article?
