Toasted Pecans

A group favorite. Everyone will ask where these nuts are from and see their eyes light up when you tell them you made them.

Total Time: 35 minutes

¼ cup butter

1 tablespoons garlic salt

4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce

5 cup pecans

Melt butter over low heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Spread into a large flat pan and toast in a moderate 350F oven for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain on paper towels and store in airtight container.
